Account Creation Requirements

You can create an account and use the application independently only if you are 16 years of age or older. If you are under 16, you will not be able to create an account.

Note: The age requirement applies to the application user, not the patient. For patients under 16, a parent or legal guardian can access and manage their health information through their own account.
